From the Principal’s Desk:

We are glad so many parents, siblings, grandparents and friends came out for our school-wide Journey with Jesus this past Monday and Tuesday! With Mrs Ina Groeneweg laying out the overall teaching unit and our essential questions, our students and teachers worked both to learn and creatively portray an aspect of what it might have been like to live when Jesus did. It remains our prayer that you will have been touched by at least one aspect of a familiar, but wonderful, story made new - our students will certainly remember their roles!

The New Year will start our 2015 registration season. Our New Parent Information Evening is Friday Jan 16! We feel strongly that many of our prospective parents are all attending churches in our local area. Advertising in our local churches is consequently very important. We will be sending an advertising poster and postcards for our Jump into Kindergarten program home this week for selected families (our Church Ambassadors, plus some of our newer families).  If your family receives one, and is it alright with your church, we’d ask that you please post it in your church right after Christmas, in time for Sunday Jan 4! Strong enrollment strengthens our school, and makes Christian education as affordable and high quality as possible!

May God bless you and your family this Christmas season as we celebrate our school’s namesake - Immanuel, God with us!

yours in Christ, Keith Cameron, Principal
