Mission:  The mission of Immanuel Christian School is to prepare students to meet the challenge of the world and culture they live in as young and growing Christians.  Thus, students are taught the skill of discernment in the light of God’s Word, the practice of stewardship for creation, the required commitment to a life of Christian service, and the beauty of witness through modeling God’s love in a broken world.

From the Principal’s Desk:

Enjoy celebrating God’s many blessings to us this coming Thanksgiving weekend!

When we return, we have several exciting learning events happening. We start our first integrated study on Canadian Stories in our K-8 student school families in the afternoon of Friday Oct 16. Each school family will rotate to three different teachers over three weeks, concluding with a gallery walk for the whole school and parents on the last Friday. We are preparing for parent-teacher conferences on Monday 19 and Wednesday 21 Oct. These are held as an early discussion on your child’s learning, and this year we will include your child’s MAP testing results as well - we will send out sign-ups shortly. Lastly, we will celebrate Grandparents’ and Senior Friends Day on Wednesday Oct 28 - please see the invitations enclosed!
